Is it true people can read minds and can you learn that ability?
well iv heard many stories from educated people teachers and what not and they say some poeple have unlocked certain part of their brain to an extent to wich they can read minds or some sort of thing like that
Is this really possible to do?
Would it be possible to learn how to if it is true?

It is 100% not possible. You can become good at prediction peoples outward behavior. You cannot read minds.

I heard the government or the National Security Agency was doing testing with reading minds. Do they actually do this to United States citizens without their permission?

well are they really gonna ask a random person “hey! can we read your personal thoughts?” or something? and i don’t doubt that they do….

Meh, something similar has been done but not exactly the same thing. Project Stargate is a great example of remotely targeting people and objects using ESP. Ingo Swann, Russell Targ, and Joe McMoneagle where three people who are trained in Remote Viewing. I doubt they can ever read your thoughts, but they can use remote viewing to survey things, that’s for sure.

It is unproven science which the US government hopes might be developed. But there is little, if any, evidence that there will ever be successful mind reading without significant medical intervention?

I just answered a question about whether you’d rather be invisible or be able to read minds. I chose invisibility, but then I wondered, ‘What would I learn if I could read minds?’ What do you think someone is thinking that would make you want to know or not want to know what they thought?
